
The TPX 221 is the newest addition to Teca-Print USA’s high quality product line. The TPX 221 is in high demand because of its latest technical components, colored touch-screen, and compact construction. High-quality Smart Step components make it possible for the TPX 221 to operate without a separate control box as long as the machine is not equipped with peripheral devices.
The TPX 221 is a very complex machine that works with the highest precision and offers much more than normal pad printing. The TPX 221 pad printing machine has been developed with a high printing capacity and the ability to provide excellent precision and accuracy. The machine is especially suited for printing small, high-quality print objects, such as watch faces. It is also suited for any other applications requiring precision and high speed output.
The machine is operated comfortably via a colored touch-screen panel. A clear, easy menu structure, which is supported by visual depictions, gives the TPX 221 top marks for user friendliness.
Servo drives for the horizontal and vertical pad strokes along with a pneumatic inking system provide for an optimal integration of servo and pneumatic drive technology. Due to its compact construction and short strokes, the TPX 221 reaches an extremely high printing capacity of up to 4,000 cycles per hour.
Aside from its high printing capacity, the TPX 221 impresses with its precision guide mechanism and exceptional print accuracy. The integrated profile rail system with running block provides for maximum stability with low energy consumption, high velocity, and a long lifespan. Thanks to a quick lock mechanism, the innovative machine housing can be taken off easily and without tools.
For the first time, a distance measuring system for temperature compensation is available as a standard option. Positional variations resulting from the fluctuation of temperature inside the machine (e.g. low temperature at the machine start, higher temperature after a longer use of the machine), are detected automatically by the distance measuring system and corrected correspondingly. In this way it is guaranteed, that identical positions are used, from the first until to the last print.
Introducing our new FDA printing pads

With our new FDA certified printing pads, Teca-Print launches an important milestone in the trend towards environmental and health awareness for the medical and many other industries.
The directives of the US American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are becoming more and more important to manufacturers both here in the United States and abroad.
The new Teca-Print FDA printing pads fulfill the strict guidelines of the Food and Drug Administration and therefore are delivered together with an FDA certificate. For the first time there is a printing pad available that can be used without concern within the medical and food industries.
The new FDA silicone is extremely high quality and suitable for a lot of pad printing applications. The additive-cross-linked silicone possesses exceptional mechanical resistance properties and is extremely tear proof.
FDA printing pads are available in two durometers: 54 Shore 00 Si and 64 Shore 00 Si. In order to differentiate them from other silicone qualities, FDA printing pads will always be delivered colored in red brown.
Special regulations apply for the manufacturing of products corresponding to the FDA’s requirements. For every type of pad produced a new mold must be manufactured to a high purity level and only used in the production of FDA pads.
As for the pad bases, only aluminum will be used. The metric screw thread in the pad base allows for easy fastening of the printing pad.
The special conditions taken during the production of the FDA printing pad, which will not be noticeable to the end user, are heightened further through very strict regulations concerning the packaging. In order to guarantee that there will be no contact with harmful substances, the FDA printing pads will be delivered in hermetically sealed packaging.
A corresponding FDA certificate accompanies each delivery of FDA printing pads.
