Coordinate Table

Most of the Teca-Print machines on the market today have been supplied with this basic option, the coordinate table. Available from Teca-Print in four standard sizes. 

Automatic Transferring Systems

Pre-Treatment Unit

There are many kinds of pre-tratment units on the market today, flame, corona, plasma and chemical wipe. The FLG system uses flame, these systems are both reliable and low cost in purchase and operating. 

Thinner Injection System

This low cost system is a must for anyone looking to integrate their printing process into an automated system. With the Ti-300 you can maintain your inks viscosity from morning till night. 

Linear Feeding System

Teca-Print has developed a long list of pneumatic and electromechanical linear transferring system. Each system is unique in its own way, with accuracy and quality assured. 

Height Adjustable Peripheral Stand

With this system you can modify the height that your substrate is presented to the pad printing machine by simply pressing a button. Its smooth action ensure accurate positioning as well as a quick change over. 

Pivot Table

Through a combination of x- and y-axis pivot devices, the Pivot Table enables precise printing in various, freely programmable inclinations. For the x-axis, inclinations an of +/- 5° is possible, with +/- 20° for the y-axis.
