Washing Machine Panels

This pad printing system is designed to print washing machine panels utilizing two 3.7 meter electro-mechanical shuttle tables. The shuttle tables are mounted at parallel positions in front of two highly sophisticated Servo Operated TPX 551 pad printing machines, which are side by side.

Union Nuts

The customer collects the union nuts in a container and empties them into the bowl feeder which in turn feeds a linear conveyor. The parts are seperated, orientated and automatically loaded into fixtures. The parts are then indexed to the print machine where the nuts are printed with two colours. Then the parts are sent through a drying station and finally to an unloading station, which unloads the union nuts to a storage container.

Air Filters

A manually loaded machine using automatic flame treatment and shuttle indexing. The part is pretreated prior to printing, then indexed to the printing head for two color application. A special program has been developed to print the parts twice with a view to increasing the image opacity. Once complete the part indexes back to the operator where it is unloaded.

Baby Bottles

This is a semi automatic system utilizing the very latest in pad printing, transfer, pre and post treatment technologies. With the bottle manually loaded into our servo operated transfer Carre, it passes through a unique pre-treatment process, from there on to multi colored printing up to 5 colors. Finally the printed bottle passes through a hot air drying system.

The flexibility of this machine is demonstrated with 
this application, because the part is printed on several 
different heighths and depths with the same cycle. This is only possible with a servo operated machine.

Car Stereo Housing

This is an application that could only be achieved with the pad printing process. Our solution to the problem was a manually loaded machine with a rotary indexing unit and special print head indexing system.

Car Dashboard

The various types of panels are placed manually in a jig and are clamped in place via pneumatic cylinders. Once placed in the jigs, sensors recognize which panel type has been mounted in the fixture and will determine which of the appropriate images from the cliche should be printed. In this way, the correct image will always be printed on the corresponding panel.

Syringe Printing

This is a fully automated syringe printing system. Bowl fed with substrate orientation inspection system. Parts are pre-treated then indexed to the pad printing machine. Once complete the parts index to forced hot air drying and on to vision inspection. It is there that they are accepted or rejected into the appropriate location.
